Derpy beanie plush

Hello everyone  I'd like to present you my first ever fully completed plushie. I made it from some scrap fabric I already had lying around. Eyes are made from felt and are satin stitched by hand. I also used felt for the cutie mark, but I just glued it on (and it's really well attached, I made a test with scrap pieces and I literally couldn't separate them without tearing them apart). For the stuffing I used polyester fiberfill. Overall the plushie has about 12" (30cm).

As I said it's my first plushie, so it's definitely not perfect, and having no experience I made almost everything the hard way. Trying to embroider eyes on already stuffed plushie wasn't easy (I had to rip the seam and unstuff the head to do it properly  and that's also the reason why the cutie mark is glued on). It may not be visible in the pictures, but if I take a really close look I can see the green marker bleeding throug at the seams, especially on the head. The mane could be better, but I had just a few tiny pieces of fabric to work with, and I actually used them all to make what I did, so... I guess I can excuse myself.
But overall I'm quite happy with the finished result. Eyes are my favourite I think, I was actually surprised at how well they turned out
